Note that the fix is not retroactive. If you have purchased Gold on Epic between July 12th and July 20th but have not received it, please send a support ticket, including a screenshot of the invoice email you received from Epic.

Several players are currently reporting that they are not receiving the Gold they purchased via the Epic Games Store. This appears to be affecting mostly Russian players. We are investigating what may be causing this and are working to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible. If you are affected by this issue, please do the following:
1. Please look for a file called FreEpic.log inside our game's installation folder in Epic (default: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\HeroesGeneralsWWII ).
2. Take a screenshot of the invoice email you received from Epic.
3. Create a support ticket here and attach both files before sending.
You can come back to this article later to see if the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, it is advisable to wait before attempting to purchase Gold via Epic.
