Several players have reported being unable to promote their rank 17 soldier to the rank of general after reaching "MAX" experience points. This is due to the character currently having strategy combat badges equipped. The following combat badges affect assault teams in the strategy game:
- Battlefield Commander
- Charismatic Leader
- Logistics Expert
Please make sure to unequip those badges before clicking the General button.
